Delivery Information

We work with transport companies that are used to handling plants so you can be assured that they will be well looked after once they have left the nursery. The same companies understand the importance of communicating estimated time of arrivals for their lorries. The same companies can complete your customs paperwork and plant health declaration (PEACH or similar).

Plants are dispatched direct from production in Spain so it is difficult for us to deliver to specific date / time deadlines due to a number of factors that are beyond our control in the logistics chain.

Brexit has complicated the export process significantly meaning that it takes much longer to inspect plants and generate the extra paperwork that is required. We will of course dispatch plants as soon as possible after confirmation of your order but you should expect this to take a minimum of 14 days.

Once an order is loaded commercial, customs and phytosanitary paperwork will be issued and sent by email as soon as it becomes available. The transport company should then contact you, usually when the lorry is physically on a channel crossing, with an estimated time of arrival.
